My improved system goes a few steps further than ChemDry® and in most cases, your carpet will be dry in under 20 minutes. If over 20 minutes, your carpet nneded special attention. My definition of special attention means: regular sevrice on your carpet has been neglected and even then shouldn't take more than 45 minutes to dry. I will give your carpet the propoer attention.

1. A courtesy (reminder) call the day before our appointment, and a second courtesy call as I'm on my way to our appointment.

4. Pre-assessment of the services we will perform, i.e....the rooms to be cleaned and furniture to be moved...this is a good time to say if your dog has been naughty...I'm professionally trained in pet odor removal (for an additional fee of course).


5. Move the furniture we assessed and thoroughly vaccum the rooms with a commercial grade vaccum cleaner. This step insures no loose dirt is left in your carpet that could turn into mud. 100% guaranteed!!!
